Recently approved by the IRS our program now offers the  opportunity to others who believe in the work we do to contribute and receive a 100% tax deduction for donating to an approved public charity.

The corporate mission is simply to provide scholarship funding for those unable to afford the high level of care provided at Shadow Mountain Recovery and other treatment facilities. In addition to scholarships the fund provides an ongoing financial support to create jobs and vocational training for those wanting to acquire useful skills allowing for steady long term employment opportunities while in treatment and thereafter.

Finding a  safe environment to work can be very difficult. Our fund supports those who have worked hard at recovery wanting to stay clean and sober as they ease their way back into independent living.

All funds raised will benefit Shadow Mountain Recovery, a non-profit organization that works with health organizations, educational consultants, wilderness programs, boarding schools, and rehabilitation centers to fund and support families as they complete the comprehensive therapeutic programs that they desperately need, but cannot afford.

The Holub family have been providing scholarships since inception of Shadow Mountain to families needing financial assistance. This not for profit entity provides a vehicle for others wanting to give to the cause and the mission of our School for Recovery without having to take on the obligations with running a treatment program. Seeing the progress of our residents month after month while remaining sober and the growth and acceptance of their disease provides incredible gratification. We hope many others who have had addiction touch their family takes this opportunity to provide for others.

SMR offers assistance and help to families who would like to reduce the upfront cost of enrolling your child in a residential school or program. Our financial services department helps parents make these loans affordable through low monthly payments for families who qualify.
